What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the appointment request form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the style and day you choose, and whatever you write in the message field. If you call, text, email or message us on social media instead, we keep that conversation too.
We do not ask for payment details through this website.
How we use it
To answer your request, arrange and confirm your appointment, and keep our own record of the conversation. That is the whole purpose.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you back about your request or appointment. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. We never share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the services that make your request work: our website host, our email provider, and the systems we use to keep track of requests and appointments. Those providers only handle your details in order to deliver that service. We would also disclose information if the law required it, for example a court order.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. If a reviews widget is added in future, that service may set its own cookies, and this section will be updated when that happens.
Photographs
We photograph finished styles and may share them on this website or on our social media. If you would rather we did not photograph your hair, or you would like a photograph of your style taken down, tell us and we will respect that, before your appointment or afterward.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep messages sent through this site while they are useful for running the business and meeting our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time.
Security and changes
Your message is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted systems. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not keep anything we do not need. If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
